Whilst you are able to submit details of your requirements on this site we would always prefer to meet you personally to discuss your criteria. This will enable us to identify clearly what you have in mind. We would use our contacts and local knowledge to verify all the possible properties resulting in a shortlist that fulfils your criteria. This would be presented to you together with comments in each case.
Should you then wish to view these properties we would make the necessary arrangements organising travel and accommodation on your behalf should you require it.
After finding a house you would like to buy, we will, should you wish, negotiate on your behalf securing the property on the best terms and price possible. We would follow the transaction through liaising with the vendors and their agents, your surveyors and solicitors leading to a successful and stress free conclusion.
We can also advise on local and public schools, surveyors and solicitors, removals, communications and other amenities.
