Upon signing our confirmation of instructions and Terms of Business a non-refundable registration fee of £500 is payable prior to the start of our search.
On exchange of contracts 1.25 % of the purchase price is payable.
Please note that as the client you are responsible for other fees incurred during the purchase such as, solicitors' and surveyors' fees.
